The idea of faded memories is expressed through the form of a bangle. A 6mm-wide silver sheet is shaped into a clean, complete form, then layered with a textured sheet of silver created through repeated exposure to heat.
The irregular surface layered over the smooth, refined form represents memories that no longer return clearly, yet remain somewhere as traces.
The piece is made entirely through traditional metalsmithing techniques, with the metal shaped and joined by hand.
